1968 Aikido Demonstration at Bracknell Sports Centre - Henry Ellis with uke Geoff Goodwin - George Stavro - Also in this old film is the `Budo Leg end` Mr Jack Poole who is easily recognised, and so is his beginner status - Mr Poole would later claim to be a pioneer of UK Aikido from 1952 along with many other imaginary grades in several of the Budo arts. A man who has abused the names of many deceased Budo Masters with the assistance of the British Aikido Board.

The guest list was a who's who of Budo - The event was organised by genuine direct students of Abbe Sensei - The event was sold out with 425 students on the mat. Many of the guests were elderly and some were ill like the great Bill Woods Sensei the personal aid to Abbe Sensei - sadly Bill died shortly after the event - Since 2005 we have lost several of these pioneers of Budo.
